How to book?

Please use the “BOOKING” link on this website to block rooms immediately. You will receive a system generated email after successful room blocking. Payment has to be made with 12 hours of room blocking to our authorised “Kolkata Booking Office Bank Account”. After we receive your 100% payment, we will confirm the rooms for you. If we do not receive your payment within 12 hours of room blocking, we will release the rooms.

Do you have transport arrangements for local sightseeing?

Yes, our manager can make arrangements for vehicles. Charges are payable on spot. If you take your own vehicle, he will guide you about the directions. The number of manager is available on the booking slip.

Do you make arrangements for pickup/ drop?

Yes. We can pick you from NJP/ Bagdogra/ Siliguri or other destinations.

Standard pickup costs from NJP is around Rs.3500. Costs may vary during season time.

What type of food is available at home stay?

All food we provide at our home stay is vegetarian.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation request received 7 days prior to arrival, 10% deduction.
  • Cancellation request received 3-7 days prior to arrival, 25% deduction.
  • Cancellation received 1-3 days prior to arrival, 50% deduction.
  • Cancellation received 24 hours prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be allowed.
  • During the stay or on arrival, if part cancellations are requested, NO REFUND will be allowed.
